Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Workspace OS platform, including subscriber workspaces, hosted websites, booking tools, client portals, and related services.

Subscribers are responsible for the content they publish, for complying with laws applicable to their profession, and for safeguarding their account credentials. Platform fees are billed according to the selected plan and are subject to change with notice.

Access to AI features is measured in AI Credits (also shown as "AI answers" or similar capacity units). Your plan includes a stated number of AI Credits per billing period, and we will not reduce that included number during a paid period. AI Credits measure capacity, not a fixed quantity of computing resources or model tokens. The amount of AI processing consumed per Credit — the rate at which Credits are drawn down (the "Consumption Rate") — is not fixed and may change over time to reflect then-current third-party model and compute costs plus our service margin. As underlying costs rise, a given amount of AI activity may consume Credits more quickly; if they fall, more slowly. The number of AI operations obtainable from a given number of Credits is therefore an estimate, not a guarantee, and will vary over time. Prepaid or one-time Credits are consumed at the Consumption Rate in effect at the time of use, which may differ from the rate when they were purchased. Changes apply prospectively, with commercially reasonable notice. AI Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable except as required by law.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We work to keep the service available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim, to the extent permitted by law.

Accounts may be suspended for non-payment, unlawful content, abuse of the service, or security concerns. You may cancel at any time; hosted websites are unpublished when a subscription ends.
