Privacy Policy

Workspace OS collects the information you provide when you create an account, configure your workspace, publish a website, or communicate with us — such as your name, email address, business details, and billing references.

We use this information to operate the platform: hosting subscriber websites, processing bookings and payments, sending service notifications, and improving the product. We do not sell personal information.

Subscriber websites hosted on the platform are operated by the subscribing practice. Information you submit to a practice's website (inquiries, booking requests, forms) is processed on behalf of that practice and governed by its own privacy policy.

We retain data for as long as an account is active or as required for legal and accounting obligations. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting support.
